The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is an all-India entrance exam conducted for admission to top architecture and design institutes in the country. The NATA exam is held every Friday and Saturday from March to June every year (except public holidays). The candidates are allowed to give a maximum of 3 attempts in every academic year. Let’s have a closer look at how many times you can attempt the NATA entrance exam and strategies to ace the exam.
NATA Number of Attempts
The NATA exam is held twice annually, giving candidates multiple opportunities to improve their scores. According to the official NATA brochure, candidates are allowed to attempt the NATA entrance exam up to 3 times in a single academic year. This rule allows students to improve their NATA score, as only the highest score among all the attempts is considered. Also, the NATA score is valid for 2 years from the date of the exam.
